Template:IRL header library

This is the Library header template.
Call it like this:

It has several named variables to customize its display.
- cat=Categoryname > Sets the category for the menu and the icon image link. There are preset images and Form Link buttons for Dictionary, Abbreviation, and Glossary categories. Omit/empty will default to the Library category.
- toc=no > Table of Contents switch. Omit for yes.
- depth=1 > Expand Depth of the category tree menu. Omit for 0 (collapsed).
- abb=yes > Used in the Abbreviation Template to set Abbreviation header options.
