Tragically, manatees continue to die of boat injuries, starvation and illnesses resulting from Florida's toxic sewage and chemical polluted waters, which is why stronger protections for manatees are needed IMMEDIATELY and government sanctioned polluting must be stopped.

Join Bear Warriors United Executive Director Katrina Shadix 12-1PM on Christmas Eve Day December 24, 2021 at the Port St. John Boat Ramp to remember and mourn the 1,000+ beloved manatees who perished during this year's ecocidal event that devastated manatee populations across Florida.

Kayaks and Paddleboarders may launch at the Port St. John's Boat Ramp located at 6650 N. Cocoa Blvd., Port St. John, FL 32927.
