With the exception of a short nature trail along Fourth Street South, all access to the islands is by boat. The primary access point is from Ramp Road boat ramp in Cocoa Beach. A short nature trail exists on the northern most island (North Crawford Island), and a marked paddling trail is in development. The islands have many channels that provide great paddling opportunities.
