$53M in funding has been designated for FDEP wastewater and sewer to septic conversion projects along the Indian River Lagoon. (1) · On November 9, 2021 the St. Johns River Water Management District Governing Board voted to amend Melbourne's Crane Creek M-1 Canal Restoration Project in order to add additional funding and to extend the expiration date. (1) · The Saint Johns River Water Management District will now allow all Florida water management districts and the FDEP to rapidly access the BlueGreen algicide treatment when critical harmful algal blooms (HAB) are present.
