(1) · The KSC IRL Health Initiative provides a plan which considers the unique relationship between the Kennedy Space Center and the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary. (1) · The primary ecological goal of the proposed KSC Mitigation Bank is to improve fish and wildlife habitat and improve the overall integrity of ecological communities within Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and the Indian River Lagoon watershed.
