A bill backing a Gov. Ron DeSantis proposal to raise fines for violating environmental protections passed its first committee stop Monday. (1) · Florida District 52 Rep. Thad Altman (R) has introduced five appropriation bills totaling $5,321,500 to benefit the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary.
